EnGarde body armor will join 490 other vendors from 28 countries on five continents in the centrally located German city of Leipzig for the 8th International Exhibition and Conference for Police, Special Forces and Public Safety. Commonly called the German Police Equipment Exhibition & Conference, or GPEC, the conference is being held from September 9-11 in 2014. EnGarde will be present at GPEC representing its entire line of body armor and tactical gear.
“We’re looking forward to demonstrating our products for law enforcement and security units from all over the world,” says Iwan Luiten, EnGarde’s Marketing Director. “GPEC promises to be one of our most productive conferences in the European theater.”
EnGarde will use the conference to showcase its latest panel developments like the FLEX-PRO™ flexible ballistic panel. The FLEX-PRO™ panel is one of the most flexible panels available in NIJ Level II and IIIA configurations, but also meets the German Schutzklasse 1 standard. EnGarde’s FLEX-PRO™ ballistic panels set a new standard for light-weight, flexible protection, weighing 20% less than comparable panels.
EnGarde will showcase products like the flexible Patrol line of body armor, which accepts a variety of inserts making it configurable for multi-threat environments ranging from NIJ Level II and IIIA all the way up to III and even IV.
For SWAT and tactical teams EnGarde will showcase the Leopard line of tactical body armor which provides a complete MOLLE attachment platform without compromising ballistic protection or mobility. For plainclothes and low-observable security applications EnGarde will roll out the EnGarde Dual Use vest and its best-selling DeLuxe concealable vest.
The conference attracts vendors from across the full spectrum of security and tactical products including communications, security vehicles and transport systems, weapons and crowd control devices, body armor and tactical training systems. Besides vendor displays there will be a host of seminars and small conferences on the subjects of criminal science, forensics, materials technology, aviation security and entrance control systems.
EnGarde would like to invite GPEC attendees to drop by their booth for a personal introduction to the finest body armor and tactical vests on the market today.
The German Police Equipment Exhibition (GPEC) is the only exhibition of security and force protection products sanctioned by the Federal Minister of the Interior. More than 490 vendors from 28 countries are already registered for 2014 and the show promises to be one of Europe’s most comprehensive security exhibitions.
